Why’s the henna stay orange? I followed instructions exactly on mixing/applying..I expected redbrown,burgandy
I used what the seller recommended, Jamila, Is this the problem? Is there some secret ingredient missing or am I supposed to just have orange?
I added eucalyptus to powder
then boiled tea and coffee with lemon juice
poured the liquid mixture over powder
stirred
fermented 2 hours
stirred
fermented 2 more hours
put in refridgerator overnight.
Would this orange show up on black skin???

Eucalyptus is not good on the skin as theessential oil.
and pouring boiling liquid on henna can kill the stain for you, leaving it for only 2 hours is not nearly long enough, it should rest for 12 hours, then add the oil and rest for 12 more hours.
Then you either use it or freeze it for later use.
I am sorry you had such bad advice, and wasted your money.
